1. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item.

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, for example by email or by post to the seller's contact address above. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. You do not need our prior approval. The example form below is optional; an order number helps us identify the purchase but is not a condition for exercising your right.

2. Returning goods and shipping costs

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Dispatch within this period is sufficient.

SERYU bears the return shipping costs. Before dispatch, contact xxrrjj008@gmail.com to arrange return transport. Where a freight-collect service has been confirmed, we pay the return postage to the carrier when the parcel is received. This concerns shipping charges only, not collection of the purchase price.

Freight-collect availability depends on the carrier and country. Please confirm the available shipping arrangement with us before sending the parcel. This coordination concerns transport only and does not require approval of, or limit, your statutory withdrawal rights or deadlines.

Pack the item securely and keep proof of dispatch. Original packaging is helpful but is not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire contract, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional charge for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you is excluded.

We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

We use your original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that costs you nothing. We do not charge refund fees or flat restocking fees.

4. Inspection and condition

You may unpack and inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening the packaging or reasonably inspecting the goods does not itself remove your right of withdrawal.

Compensation for diminished value may apply under the statutory conditions where handling exceeds what is necessary for that inspection.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Contact us if goods arrive damaged, are defective or do not match your order. A description and photographs, where possible, help us investigate; they do not replace or limit your statutory rights.

Statutory rights concerning defects are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period. We bear the necessary costs of statutory repair or replacement, including necessary transport. Other remedies, including a price reduction or termination, remain available where their statutory conditions are met.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer voluntary direct exchanges of non-defective goods. You may return the purchase under your right of withdrawal and place a new order. Statutory rights to replacement of defective goods are unaffected.
